Chris Pontius was named Lenkersdorfer Fine Jewelers Man of the Match for Week 9 of the MLS Regular Season today based on fan voting conducted on dcunited.com. Pontius’ second half penalty kick for the Black-and-Red equalized the match and led to the 1-1 tie against the Colorado Rapids.
